At your first visit, you can expect Dr. Lizie to complete a thorough health evaluation..
Health History
We'll start with our New Patient Registration Form (link to download below). This provides background info about your state of health. It provides info on family medical history, any pre-existing medical conditions or prior injuries, and previous and current health concerns.
Comprehensive Physical Examination
Dr. Lizie will perform a thorough health evaluation. In addition to general tests such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and reflexes, Dr. Lizie conducts other non-invasive assessments of your health to evaluate the function of your nervous system and the structural alignment of your body.
Will I be treated on my first visit?
Typically the first visit consists of a time to gather information about your current state of health. However, on some occasions we do provide treatments on your first visit. Your voucher includes 2 treatments and they may be delivered on the first day or during your second visit for your Doctor's Report of Findings where we lay out your blueprint for health.
What do treatments consist of?
Chiropractic treatment consists of spinal and extremity adjustments, lifestyle recommendations, nutritional recommendations, and may include other therapies (laser therapy, manual myofascial, kinesiotaping, therapeutic exercises, etc.). You can learn about our services by clicking here.
