For remote tele-health exams, payment information is recorded at the start of your appointment. You will be provided with a receipt document that explains the nature of our visit, the charges, and any diagnosis (for those planning to submit to insurance providers).
Supplements purchased through our office may be via a third-party. If not through our online supplement dispensary, we'll provide you with instructions on how to obtain any products you may need.
