At Functional Health & Chiropractic Care, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products to our patients and clients. Please review the following policies regarding services, appointments, and product purchases.
Services & Appointments
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All professional services, consultations, evaluations, chiropractic care, functional health services, and related appointments are non-refundable once services have been provided.
Cancellation & Re-Schedule Policy
We understand circumstances can change and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24-hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations within the 24-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of the practice. If the need arises to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us as soon as possible with your requests.
Prepaid & Financed Care Plans
Certain care plans may be offered at discounted rates when purchased in advance or financed through a third-party lender. Discounts are based upon the patient's commitment to the recommended course of care. If a patient elects to discontinue a prepaid or financed care plan prior to completion, any refund will be determined after recalculating services rendered at the clinic's regular fees and deducting any applicable administrative, financing, processing, or other related costs incurred by the clinic. The clinic reserves the right to apply all amounts paid first toward services already rendered and any outstanding account balances before issuing a refund.
Product Returns & Refunds
Due to health, safety, and manufacturer regulations, product returns and refunds — including supplements, herbs, homeopathic products, test kits, and other wellness products — are generally subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and approval.
Functional Health & Chiropractic Care does not directly process or guarantee product refunds unless otherwise required by law.
Generally, only unopened products may be eligible for return within 7-days of receipt, subject to manufacturer approval. Customers are responsible for contacting the product manufacturer directly regarding return eligibility, damaged items, replacement requests, or refund inquiries.
Opened products, custom orders, special-order items, and test kits are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify our office promptly so we may assist in directing you to the appropriate manufacturer for them to support you through the process.
